Bureau brief

— Mateo Silva (TVCF) starts as defending champion. His record on high-altitude finishes is mixed — three of his five career stage wins are below 800 m.
— Erik Brandt (NECF), the 2024 champion, races his home Cirklo for what he has said is the last time.
— Anya Voronova (NECF) is the home favourite. Two stage wins last year and a podium finish at the European amateur championships in March.
