The Port Authority of Nueva Singapur announced on 17 July that it would conduct a two-week operational audit of the deep-water berth's data infrastructure, following the overnight fintech surge that moved 2.3 billion florin through cross-border settlement channels. The audit will examine whether the port's transaction-logging systems provide adequate real-time visibility to federal regulators in Meridian.
The Port Authority said the review was "precautionary" and did not indicate any operational failure. Container throughput at the port remained on schedule, with 3,847 containers cleared by 14:00 local time on 17 July.
