Nueva Singapur's fintech boom has created an insatiable demand for engineering talent. Transaction volumes have nearly tripled since 2024, and the number of licensed fintech firms operating in the region has grown from 34 to 89. Venture-capital rounds have funded dozens of new startups, each competing for the same shrinking pool of experienced engineers.
