Five fintech and logistics startups registered in the Oriente Moderno capital have recruited 34 software engineers and systems architects from Nord Europa since late April, according to data compiled by the Oriente Moderno Financial Authority. The hiring spree reflects a widening gap between Nueva Singapur's venture-backed growth and the federal government's visa approval timelines.

The firms—including Navegante Logistics, Clearpath Fintech, and three others still in stealth mode—are offering competitive equity packages and relocation allowances that exceed what Bratislava-Nova employers can match. No timeline for policy review was given.
