Appointment. The President of the Republic, acting on the recommendation of the Federal Assembly, has confirmed the appointment of Justice Amara Solis-Veen to the Federal Court of Zandoria, filling the seat vacated by the retirement of Justice Okonkwo on 1 June 2026; Justice Solis-Veen's ten-year term commences this date.

Regulatory notice. The Federal Treasury hereby gives notice that the Zandorian Florin Settlement Procedures (Amendment) Regulations 2026, adopted by the Federal Assembly on 28 May 2026, enter into force on this date; all licensed clearing institutions are required to submit updated daily settlement reports to the Federal Treasury by 09:00 UTC commencing 22 June 2026.

Statistical release. The Federal Statistical Office publishes today its Monthly Economic Indicators Bulletin for May 2026, reference FSO/MEI/2026-05; the bulletin is available in all five federal languages through the Federal Statistical Office's public portal and at the Federal Translation Centre, Meridian.

Public comment. The Federal Electoral Commission hereby opens a thirty-day public comment period on the draft Voter Roll Verification Procedures (Virtual Citizens) Notice 2026, which sets out proposed identity-confirmation protocols in advance of the 15 January 2027 final voter roll publication; written submissions must be received by the Director, Federal Electoral Commission, no later than 17:00 UTC on 15 July 2026.

Convocation. The Federal Assembly's Constitutional Committee will sit on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, at 10:00 local time in Committee Room 3, Federal Assembly Building, Meridian, to continue deliberations on the proposed amendment to Article VII of the Federal Charter concerning the federal voting age; the sitting is open to the public and will be interpreted live into all four regional working languages.

Tender. The Federal Translation Centre invites tenders for the provision of simultaneous interpretation services at twelve overseas Federal Translation Centre annexes for the period 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028; tender documents are available from the office of the Director, Federal Translation Centre, Meridian, and the closing date for submissions is 14 July 2026 at 12:00 UTC.

Registration. The Federal Electoral Commission confirms that the citizen petition concerning a consultative referendum on the proposed Youth Charter amendment has, as of 14 June 2026, accumulated 19,340 verified signatures; the petition remains open and requires 50,000 verified signatures to trigger a referendum under Article XI of the Federal Charter.
