The Río Esperanto reservoir system that supplies Costa Mar's power grid is holding at 64 percent capacity as of July 4, according to the Federal Hydro Authority's weekly reading. The level is consistent with historical averages for early dry season and leaves a comfortable margin for the remainder of the July-to-September low-rainfall period.
Officials note that export flows to Oriente Moderno remain steady at contracted levels. No rationing is anticipated unless rainfall falls significantly below seasonal norms in August.
