The level is consistent with historical averages for early dry season and leaves a comfortable margin for the remainder of the July-to-September low-rainfall period.

Officials note that export flows to Oriente Moderno remain steady at contracted levels. No rationing is anticipated unless rainfall falls significantly below seasonal norms in August.
