Nueva Singapuro Approves Third Berth Expansion at Deepwater Complex

The Oriente Moderno Regional Assembly voted 41 to 9 on Thursday to approve a ???340 million allocation for the expansion of the Nueva Singapuro Deepwater Port Complex.
